To record a meeting.

Call4Conference offers you the possibility to record the conversation that you are having with your other conference partners. To make this possible you have to make use of the registry function on the website. There you can decide if you would like to receive a recording of the conference call, to listen to it at a later time. If you choose to make usage of the recording function, all the participants of the conference call are informed. It is noted in the e-mails that are sent to all the participants, and the caller is notified before entering the conference call.
When the conference call is ended the organizer of the Conference Call, will receive an e-mail with a hyperlink. With this hyperlink the recording can be downloaded as an MP3 file. The recordings can be downloaded per half hour. If the meeting lasted an hour, you will receive an e-mail with to links to download the entire recording. The recording will be saved for the maximum duration of seven days, therefore we advise you to download the file on time.
Please pay attention: if one of the participants is calling in from the United Kingdom, the call cannot be recorded. The ICSTIS legislation does not permit the recording of conference calls.
